Gas Work Notification

As of 1st April 2005, the government has made it legally binding on us to inform Corgi and the ‘Building control office’ of your local council every time we install a gas appliance.
Apart from this work being a legal requirement, when you come to sell your property your solicitor will ask you to provide a copy of the ‘Notification Certificate’ if you do not have this, the sale of your property may be delayed.
