Our Services

Flir Thermal imaging survey – using a military application thermal imaging camera we will survey the solid floor under floor heating. Our camera will identify differences in temperature between the concrete and the heating pipes contained within the floor. In your situation we will use the camera to trace out the pipes so we can then follow the routes for the tracer gas.

ZECTracer Gas Survey – we inject this safe non toxic gas into your central heating pipe work, the gas will escape and come up through your floor area, through concrete asphalt etc. (it’s best the leak detection tool ever)

Wavefind® Correlation Survey – using the latest correlation technology we can locate leaks on potable water pipes buried and hidden in the ground. Lead, plastic, iron, steel… no matter what material you have we have a solution.

Soundfind© Acoustic survey - our electronic microphones enhance and amplify the sound of the leak, which our engineer can then locate using high tech ground microphones.

Leakseeker® survey – Leakseeker® devices are connected to two ends of a suspected pipe. The devices then send sound waves down the pipe to each other, the sound waves then meet at the point of leakage. The devices then send the information via Bluetooth to a PC informing our engineer where the leak is located.

Seesnake® survey - We have endoscopes for looking into very small inaccessible locations. They can be extended up to 30ft, can record video and capture pictures. They are water proof with a small 17mm camera head which means they can be inserted in inaccessible places.

Labtech Report© - if you have water ingress into (or under) a building we can take samples of the water and/or water damaged material and carry out chemical analysis of the material, this enable us to determine if the leak is possibly coming from a potable water supply, central heating, foul water, surface water, grey water or appliances such as a washing machine.

HumiditySPEC© - High levels of humidity in your home and can’t find the source?? We install non evasive wireless temperature and humidity meters that measure both temperature/humidity changes over a set period (normally7 days) we then analyse the data to identify the trends and patterns this enables us to prescribe an appropriate treatment of the probable cause of the problem.

aquaTRACKER© Flat Roof Leak Detection Our engineers use tracer dye to test areas of a flat roof; our dye is non toxic and will not stain or mark the roof area. Invisible to the human eye, water ingress can then be located using our electronic aquatrackers that highlight the area of ingress
